Position Overview
Are you dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults?
An exceptional opportunity exists to work with the geriatric population at a distinguished Assisted Living/Independent Living/Memory Care facility.
This facility features a 48-bed skilled nursing unit with non-Medicare beds, a 78-resident assisted living building, an 11-resident memory care area, and two independent living campuses.
The skilled nursing unit adheres to care plans and meets Medicare standards, although it does not accept Medicare Part A patients. This role entails delivering outpatient therapy services to residents utilizing EMR-TheraOffice. Therapy visits are expected during business hours, potentially 3-5 times weekly, totaling 10-15 hours per week.Company Insights
