About the Job

We are looking for a Principal Sensing Engineer to join our team at Apple. As a Lead Signal Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and creating requirements, identifying the best HW solutions available, and designing SW algorithms to define and create sensing experiences for future products.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant work experience with an M.S. in EE, CE, CS, or equivalent, and proficiency in Python/MATLAB for data analysis and visualization of complex datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and create requirements for sensing experiences
  • Identify the best HW solutions available and design SW algorithms
  • Work closely with architecture, human experience, firmware and software teams, and electrical and mechanical engineering teams
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A base pay range of $175,800 - $312,200 based on your skills, qualifications, and experience
