Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Sun Tan City. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
  • Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
  • Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
  • Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
  • Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
Compensation:

$10.00 per hour
