ROW Custodian

**About the Position**

Greenville Water seeks an experienced ROW Custodian to safeguard our water assets and ensure the highest level of service to our customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will possess a strong background in watershed maintenance and protection, equipment operations, or related fields.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various groups and individuals.
• Is able to maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
• Can operate a variety of heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:**

1. Maintain and repair facilities, grounds, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
2. Enforce rules and regulations related to the maintenance and use of right-of-ways.
3. Assist in maintaining positive customer relations by providing exceptional service and support.
4. Participate in regular patrols of assigned areas to identify potential issues and address them promptly.

Qualifications:**

• A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with five (5) years of relevant experience.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• A valid State driver's license, CPR, and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently is essential.
