About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post-Market Surveillance: Identify, analyze, and investigate patterns and trends in post-marketing surveillance data as part of the CAPA system.
  • Product Complaint Investigation: Analyze and investigate product complaints from the field as part of post-market surveillance requirements.
  • Communication and Education: Communicate and educate management, R&D, marketing, sales organization, and other departments, as well as external customers about product performance.
  • Process Improvement: Develop Post Market Surveillance Plans and provide engineering support for complaint investigation readiness of new products.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (Electrical Engineering preferred) plus 2-5+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in a quality system environment, with a strong understanding of the specified functional area.
  • Certifications: CQE Certification a plus.
