Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our Pain Management department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer injections and other medical procedures to patients
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assess patient health through interviews
  • Provide medical treatment and counsel to patients, including ordering diagnostic tests and developing patient management plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and physicians to ensure seamless care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices in Pain Management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in Pain Management preferred
  • Valid and active CT State APRN License
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner CT License
  • CT RN License

Work Location: In person
