Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Assist the General Manager in leading the theatre team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of the theatre.
  • Training and Development: Train and coach team members in their specific job functions, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the theatre is operating at optimal levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience at our theatre.
  • Reporting and Administration: Assist in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or GED graduate preferred.
  • Experience: Completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core) within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong leadership and management skills.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
  • Frequent Bending and Lifting: Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing and Walking: Frequent standing, walking, and reaching around the theatre.
  • Noise Level: Moderate to high noise level at times.
