Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager to lead our team of automotive professionals in the St. Cloud, MN area. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations and driving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of automotive professionals to achieve outstanding results
  • Oversee multiple store locations to ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with location managers to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • At least 5 years of successful management experience
  • Proficient in KPI reporting, ticket averages, car counts, labor, and parts reporting
