We are seeking a compassionate Autism Interventionist to join our team at STEPS, LLC.

As an Autism Interventionist, you will implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), collaborate with BCBAs, and support families through training and coordination.

Required qualifications include at least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a commitment to working flexible schedules.

This rewarding role offers a salary range of $20-$28 per hour, providing comprehensive training on ABA, electronic data collection, paid training, and opportunities for growth within STEPS.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
  • Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
  • Ensure that the client is always in a safe and positive environment.
  • Follows the policies and procedures of STEPS, LLC
