Job Title: Senior Validation Engineer

Aditi Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, developing detailed user requirements and functional specifications, and ensuring that systems meet technical and functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requirements and develop detailed user requirements and functional specifications.
  • Develop and execute test scripts and test scenarios to ensure that developed systems meet technical and functional specifications.
  • Conduct functional testing, performance testing, and integration testing.
  • Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Document the results of all tests.
  • Recognize opportunities to increase system and process performance and functionality.
  • Apply IT knowledge to diagnose issues with applications and infrastructure.
  • Consult with and advise other application development staff on system design aspects, business rules, and processes.
  • Utilize knowledge of relevant IT areas to recommend existing solutions to client needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the business or function and vendor to provide updates and ensure alignment.
  • Ensure that vendors are adhering to project or service level agreement timelines and cost estimates.
  • Gather and compile information on vendor performance and identify areas that can be improved in the future.
  • Monitor vendor activities to ensure compliance with contract expectations.
  • Ensure system design adheres to compliance requirements, SOX requirements, and other technology standards.
  • Integrate current risk management procedures into processes, projects, and systems.

  • Strong investigative and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple systems and related user management tasks.
  • HP ALM, lifecycle management familiarity.
  • Prior system management a plus.
