Job Summary

The Collision Repair Specialist is responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to factory and dealership specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of the damage and develop a repair plan.
  • Repair damaged body parts using specialized tools and techniques such as welding, dent removal, and panel replacement.
  • Ensure the vehicle's frame or structure is properly aligned using computer measuring or mechanical measuring systems and hydraulic equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces of repaired or replaced parts for painting by sanding, filling, and priming.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One-year experience in a high-paced body shop preferred.
Work Environment

The Collision Repair Specialist will work in a fast-paced body shop environment with exposure to noise, vibration, paint, dust, and exhaust fumes.
