Collision Repair Specialist

The Collision Repair Specialist is responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to factory and dealership specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of the damage and develop a repair plan.
- Repair damaged body parts using specialized tools and techniques such as welding, dent removal, and panel replacement.
- Ensure the vehicle's frame or structure is properly aligned using computer measuring or mechanical measuring systems and hydraulic equipment.
- Prepare surfaces of repaired or replaced parts for painting by sanding, filling, and priming.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One-year experience in a high-paced body shop preferred.
The Collision Repair Specialist will work in a fast-paced body shop environment with exposure to noise, vibration, paint, dust, and exhaust fumes.
