Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Clinical Development Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating an ongoing program of clinical orientation for assigned staff. This includes maintaining and enhancing clinical competence, providing coaching and mentoring services, and developing evidence-based practices.

Requirements
  • A BSN degree is required (MSN preferred)
  • At least 3 years of clinical RN experience is required
  • One year of experience in nursing professional development activities is preferred
