We are seeking a skilled Teller to join our team at American Bank of Commerce. As a Teller, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring that customers' needs are met in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handling cash transactions, including cashing checks, paying out money, and counting currency and coins.
  • Operating a cash register and balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Teller, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to balance a cash drawer.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
