About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Executive Director to join our team at Emerald Coast Hospice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the coordination of patient admissions and ancillary services
    • Supervise and evaluate hospice personnel and volunteers
    • Coordinate services among team members
  • Quality Improvement
    • Implement continuous quality improvement principles
    • Monitor and promote compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Human Resources
    • Manage human resources effectively
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff
  • Financial Management
    • Manage financial resources prudently
    • Prepare and review financial reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Experience
    • Minimum one year management/supervisory experience
    • Two or more years' experience in hospice/home care
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment
    • CPR Certification
