As a key member of the Piedmont HealthCare team, the Endoscopy Technician - PRN will assist physicians in the performance of endoscopic procedures. This role requires a high level of skill and attention to detail, as the technician will be responsible for assisting in a wide array of complicated interventional procedures, including EUS, ERCP, Lithotripsy, Spyglass, EMR, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endoscopy and be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace. They will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels of GI-specific equipment and supplies, as well as recommending equipment orders to leadership.

Additionally, the Endoscopy Technician - PRN will be responsible for performing clerical duties as necessary to ensure the optimal function of Ambulatory Care and Endoscopy. This may include assembling and maintaining patient chart material, maintaining records and files, and maintaining the order and cleanliness of the workstation.

**Qualifications:**

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of Endoscopy Tech experience
  • Current AHA BLS Certification required
