Role Overview:

Warehouse associates play a crucial role in the success of our operations. They engage actively, safely, and independently to ensure the smooth movement of products through our distribution system while upholding quality standards.


Main Responsibilities:

Warehouse associates are tasked with selecting orders, packaging items, and monitoring inventory levels within the facility. They are responsible for directing, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products.


Key Responsibilities Include:Picking products according to printed customer orders and delivery sequences.Consolidating merchandise into containers and transferring them to designated locations.Directing surplus inventory to its correct location.Ensuring adequate stock levels to meet routine and special demands.Maintaining a tidy workstation; returning supplies and merchandise to their assigned places.Adhering to all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures as per company guidelines.Ensuring a safe work environment and promptly reporting any unsafe conditions or actions.Verifying and scanning the correct location of products.Monitoring current stock and relocating items as necessary.Separating large units into appropriate pick quantities and shelving them correctly.Performing other related tasks as assigned.
