Note: This is a warehouse environment

Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform daily cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, and trash removal
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing broken locks, filling gaps in walls, and replacing light bulbs
  • Perform yard upkeep by mowing the lawn, collecting trash, and maintaining the surrounding area
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems, including ventilation and safety systems
  • Collaborate with other professionals during renovations and maintenance projects
  • Report any issues or concerns to the facilities manager
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a maintenance worker
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools
  • Physical stamina and dexterity
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7AM - 5PM (may vary)

Pay Rate:

$17/hr - $19/hr (commensurate with experience)
