Job Title: Registered Nurse - Peritoneal Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peritoneal Dialysis RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

About the Role:

As a Peritoneal Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive patient care and education to patients with ESRD
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering peritoneal dialysis treatments and monitoring patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Providing training and support to patients and their caregivers
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months of RN experience
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N)
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word & Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:

We welcome applicants with:

  • Previous Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis and/or Home Hemodialysis (HHD) or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing experience
  • Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background
  • Previous case management experience
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN); Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) or Certified Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse (CPDN)
