RN-Weekender Nurse Days

As a Registered Nurse on our Weekend Shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Implement evidence-based practices to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
Licensure and Certification:
Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
Special Skills:
Computer literacy and strong communication skills.
