Job Summary

The AdventHealth Medical Group Urology at Winter Garden is seeking a skilled Urology APRN or PA-C to join their team. As a collaborative practitioner, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating acute and chronic urologic conditions, including urologic oncology, in both the clinic and hospital settings.

Responsibilities

  • Performs physical examinations of patients and evaluates and treats acute and chronic urologic conditions.

  • Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory and X-ray tests.

  • Monitors patients' course of treatment and refers to physicians or specialists as needed.

  • Collaborates with physicians and staff to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff.

  • Displays a caring and professional attitude and maintains personal and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Studies.

  • Urology experience preferred.

  • Current, valid Florida PA or APRN license.

  • Certification by NCCPA, ANCC, or equivalent.

  • First Assist Certification (APRN).

  • BLS & ACLS.
