Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CMOD Designer/Developer to join our team as a Technical Lead for CMOD Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical ownership of CMOD application delivery, client interfacing, offshore coordination, and reviewing technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing high-quality CMOD-based applications.
  2. Leveraging expertise in migration from Mobius to CMOD to optimize ECM stack product architecture.
  3. Ensuring a deep understanding of IBM ECM stack product capabilities.
  4. Fostering strong communication and client interfacing skills.
  5. Coordinating offshore teams and reviewing technical deliverables.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in designing and developing CMOD-based applications.
  • Desirable prior experience with migration from Mobius to CMOD.
  • Desirable comprehensive understanding of IBM ECM stack product architecture and functional capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and client interfacing skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.
