Position Title: Healthcare Support Specialist (Levels I-IV)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Sign-On Incentive: $1,000 (Note: Current employees are not eligible for this incentive.)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a vital member of our care team, you will play a key role in assisting patients during routine office visits and health management. Your contributions will include monitoring and maintaining patient health records through meticulous, accurate, and thorough task performance and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant/Nursing/Medical program with coursework in pharmacology and medication administration is preferred.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (RMA, CMA, NCMOA, NCMA) is preferred.
  • CPR certification for infants, children, and adults is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical clinic setting is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred, with proficiency in English and another language.
