Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Handle and process customer inquiries, complaints, and urgent requests.
  • Proactively assess and recommend solutions to meet customer needs and manage expectations.
  • Efficiently dispatch personnel to various locations as required.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, technicians, and other relevant parties.
  • Keep precise records and logs of dispatch operations, including service requests and scheduling details.
  • Monitor technician locations, assignments, and their progress throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with a creative team to share ideas, provide input, and continuously learn new processes and technologies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Additional Duties
  1. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  2. Document all client interactions accurately.
  3. Review and analyze reports as necessary.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the work hours span from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week, with shifts varying within these hours.
  • An Associate's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, along with active listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask across various systems and adapt to changing situations.
  • Analytical mindset with technical skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in Microsoft platforms preferred.
  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • Bilingual capabilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or dispatch roles.
  • Familiarity with workforce management systems.
