Key Responsibilities
Accepts drink orders from guests or servers Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, checks identification, and follows all alcohol service policies Prepares and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and proportions Inputs drink orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and processes payments Completes necessary reports accurately Manages bar inventory by ordering or requisitioning supplies Cleans and organizes bar equipment and stock Performs opening, closing, and other assigned duties Prepares and replenishes garnishes and appetizers as required Undertakes additional tasks as assignedRequired Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old. One to two years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting is preferred. Strong guest service skills, adhering to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards. Ability to complete pre-employment alcohol service training. Basic math skills for accurate order entry in the POS system. Familiarity with standard drink recipes and alcohol brands. Effective verbal communication skills for taking and fulfilling beverage orders.Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Capability to lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally. Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak times.Shift Information
