You will also be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and amenities
  • Ensure the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community, including grounds, amenities, and buildings
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace, ensuring they are organized and in proper working order
  • Assist in stocking inventory and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the multi-family or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair; HVAC and carpentry experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work a rotating on-call schedule
