About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will provide direct patient care to our communities in a well-established community hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to our patients in a patient-centric mindset
- Work alongside other passionate hospitalists and advanced practitioners
- Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialties to deliver comprehensive care
- Work a variety of shifts, including 11am-7pm, 3pm-1am, and/or 7pm-7am, including holidays
- Manage an average of 9-12 admissions per shift, or rounding on average of 15-17 patients per shift
Requirements:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain
- Current certification in CPR required
- Interest in covering both admitting and rounding per diem shifts
