The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

As a Cook II at Marriott International, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards. This includes ingredient preparation, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

You will ensure food safety compliance, adhere to presentation standards, and develop positive relationships with team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees. You will also need to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
