Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile development teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and customer needs are satisfied.
  • Coordinate and monitor Scrum process from initiation through delivery.
  • Manage Agile Scrum Artifacts and Reports.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in Scrum Master or similar role.
  • TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, and/or Agile certification desirable.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL Foundations certification a plus.
