This is a Fantastic Opportunity to become part of a remarkable organization. We are in search of a forward-thinking Chef Manager to support our expanding operations. In this role, you will oversee the success of both culinary and food service functions.

• Comprehensive culinary management of food service operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
• Understanding of P&L accountability and experience in contract-managed services is advantageous.
• Expertise in menu creation, cost management, procurement, and inventory with an emphasis on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
• A strong commitment to sustainability practices.

• Familiarity with HACCP standards.
• A minimum of three years of culinary management experience in contract food service, fine dining, or restaurant settings with knowledge of inventory and purchasing controls.
• In-depth understanding of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost management, and presentation.
• Experience in exposition cooking is required.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and experience in contract-managed services is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
