You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure seamless communication with patients and providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, setting the highest standard of customer service, communication, and oversight of office operations.
  • Support staff in providing excellent patient care, developing their skills, and promoting a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Manage inventory, daily receipts, and collections, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in the medical field.
  • Proven track record of effective communication, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with EMR systems, Excel, Word, and general office equipment.

What We Offer:
"We provide a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.">
