Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Selector to join our team at Martin Brower. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate selection of customer orders.

Responsibilities
  • Select customer orders accurately and efficiently, using a variety of warehouse equipment and technology.
  • Build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders, and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse.
  • Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed, and perform pre-shift equipment checks.
  • Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
  • 0 to 6 plus months of general work experience preferred.
