Key Responsibilities- Perform ISO 17025 accredited calibration of 8tree tools on an ongoing basis
- Prepare accurate and complete calibration records in our customer database
- Support applications engineering team members as they assist customers across the Americas
- Test all aspects (hardware + software) of our tools for performance, robustness, and reliability
- Provide technical troubleshooting, repairs, and customer support
- Be accountable for shipping and logistics to/from our US office
- Minimum 1-year experience performing systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals to produce professional business documentation and communications
- Demonstrated initiative to learn, identify challenges, and seek solutions
- Adherence to local Health, Safety & Environmental regulations
- Ability to lift ~30 lbs of equipment/packages related to work tasks
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
- $70,000 - $90,000 per year salary, paid time off, and industry-leading medical benefits
