Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ISO 17025 accredited calibration of 8tree tools on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare accurate and complete calibration records in our customer database
  • Support applications engineering team members as they assist customers across the Americas
  • Test all aspects (hardware + software) of our tools for performance, robustness, and reliability
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, repairs, and customer support
  • Be accountable for shipping and logistics to/from our US office
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience performing systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in reading technical manuals to produce professional business documentation and communications
  • Demonstrated initiative to learn, identify challenges, and seek solutions
  • Adherence to local Health, Safety & Environmental regulations
  • Ability to lift ~30 lbs of equipment/packages related to work tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
