OSP Field Engineer Specialist

Mountain Ltd. has an opening for an OSP Engineer I in the Kennewick, WA area. As an OSP Engineer I, you will be responsible for performing detailed outside plant facility engineering tasks, including estimating, analyzing, designing, and planning copper and fiber cables, poles, direct buried, and conduit systems.
About the Role:This role involves preparing and interpreting engineering plans, drawings, and reports, as well as designing and implementing loop loss design for load and repeater electronics. You will also be responsible for pole, conduit, and buried facility design measurements to support company and industry OSP design standards. In addition, you will perform periodic job inspections and quality control.
Requirements:- Ability to identify existing voice/data plant, electric, and other utilities on site plans and in the field
- Ability to indicate existing voice/data plant location and relocate facilities
- Familiarity with COE/OSP principles, work order procedures, voice/data industry standards, PC applications, and COE/OSP record and/or computer-aided drafting systems
- Functional knowledge of obtaining right-of-ways and easements
