Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor at our Delmar Center facility in Delmar, NY.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of high-quality resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a supportive environment by providing guidance and resources to residents and families
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care services
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote a positive and safe working environment
- Manage confidential information and maintain resident confidentiality
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
- Basic computer skills
