Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

Brigham Young University-Idaho is seeking a qualified adjunct faculty member to teach students and provide content expertise in professional sales, sales management, and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and extensive business-to-business, long-cycle sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach students and provide content expertise in professional sales, sales management, and negotiations.
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans and course materials.
• Assess student learning and provide feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the university's mission and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong commitment to excellence in teaching.
• Extensive business-to-business, long-cycle sales experience.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: large account sales, inside sales, and sales process.
