Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the production process and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Develop and implement efficient production processes to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve high performance and quality standards.
