Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Cynet Health. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a hospital setting.
Job Summary:The Pediatric Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient care competently, documenting patient responses to nursing interventions, and noting changes in physician orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatrics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients with a variety of health issues.
- Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients and deliver patient care competently.
- Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments.
- Assist physicians in examining patients and performing minor diagnostic procedures.
- Obtain and monitor physiological data of patients, observing physiological manifestations and intervening when necessary.
- Administer prescribed medication and initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products.
- Interact with patients and families to share care plans and inform them of hospital procedures.
- Delegate tasks to support staff and perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current RN License issued by the state board or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
- 1 year of experience in a relevant field, preferably in pediatrics.
- Basic Life Support and PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing from a board-approved program.
