Position Summary: This role is within the Primary Care sector. We are seeking a seasoned APRN/PA with a minimum of two years of experience in Primary Care to work under the guidance of a supervising physician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various health conditions, chronic care management, wellness initiatives, and preventive care, while also meeting quality performance metrics and providing extended hours during the week.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience required.
- Ability to assess patients and manage health conditions effectively.
- Timely completion of documentation.
- Accurate charge entry.
- Support the supervising provider in completing necessary tasks.
- Ensure all tasks, labs, and diagnostics are reviewed and addressed appropriately.
- Attendance at all mandatory meetings and conferences.
Job Requirements:
- Current APRN or PA certification in the State of Florida.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Preferred minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Normal physical capabilities.
- Above-average concentration and a high level of decision-making complexity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
Occupational Hazards:
