- Perform duties as assigned and supervised by the pharmacist in accordance with Walgreens standard operating procedures for entering, third-party processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions.
- Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat, and orderly in condition and appearance.
- Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
- Must be a current student enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy program.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
As a Pharmacy Intern at Walgreens, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. You will work closely with our experienced pharmacy team to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
