Key Responsibilities- Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with other drivers and support staff to maintain a smooth and efficient transportation operation.
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Subject to a drug screen and physical.
- $160 - $197 per day based on experience and credentials.
- $1,200 Sign on Bonus for non-CDL holders and CDL holders.
- $750 Employee Referral Bonus.
- Local shuttle transportation available for employees.
- Paid Training leading to your CDL
- Paid Holidays.
- Paid Sick Days (5 PTO Days, 2 floating holidays after 1 year of service).
