Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Oregon State Hospital's Salem campus. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical psychology services, including psychological evaluations, consultation, treatment, and participation in the Interdisciplinary Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized treatment services, including psychotherapy and counseling, to patients with mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Document all consultation or direct services provided in the patient's medical record.
  • Participate in continuing education to maintain professional competence and provide in-service training to treatment staff.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Completion of a one-year APA-accredited predoctoral internship.
  • Licensure as a psychologist in Oregon.
  • Experience in advancing health equity and addressing systemic health disparities.
