Hillcrest Health Services is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed and as outlined in the resident's plan of care.
- Complete monthly summaries and obtain vital signs, including weights, as scheduled or ordered by the physician.
- Collect, wash, and return laundry according to the established schedule.
- Document resident information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) by exception.
- Provide one-on-one support to residents as needed and as time permits.
- Focus on resident care and demonstrate a team player mentality.
- Exhibit a STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful) in all interactions.
- No experience is required; we will provide training.
- Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification in Nebraska is required for CMAs.
