Job Description

This is an entry-level position for a Commercial Millworker/Metalworker/Craftsman/Installer. You will be responsible for fabricating and installing high-end architectural products for commercial projects, including specialty doors, glass guardrails, wall paneling, custom millwork, and metal fabrications.

You will collaborate with experienced craftsmen and installers to learn and contribute to the creation of custom designs and architectural elements. Your duties will include operating and maintaining various woodworking/metalworking machinery and hand tools to ensure precise cuts, shaping, and finishing of materials.

You will participate in the installation process, including accurate measuring, fitting, and secure attachment of architectural products according to project specifications. You will also conduct quality checks to ensure that the installed products meet our rigorous standards for precision and quality.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment, is also essential for this role.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in woodworking, carpentry, metalworking, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, or installation is beneficial but not required.
  • Solid understanding of woodworking/metalworking tools, machinery, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and installation instructions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for producing superior craftsmanship.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company operate power tools and heavy equipment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
