Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Nurse Practitioner to join our LDRP team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in labor, delivery, and recovery settings
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Currentrn license in Oregon required
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification required
- AHA ACLS and NRP certifications required for AGH LDRP position
- STABLE and PALS certifications preferred
- Nights (1900-0730) every third weekend rotation
Benefits
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
- 36 minimum guaranteed hours per week
- Bilingual not required
- EPIC EMR system used
- Holiday coverage required
