Job Title: Security Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Dotty's. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

* Access control system
* Basic computer operations, including archiving video
* Basic drop procedures
* Basic interviews and investigations
* Basic patrol procedures
* Conducting identification checks and corporate building inspections
* Conflict resolution and use of force
* Customer service and security officer authority
* Employee and patron injuries, property damage, and first aid
* Equipment inspections and evidence handling
* Incident notification management and responding to tickets
* Operation of surveillance systems
* Red tagging and towing of vehicles
* Responding to active shooter, bomb threats, and other incidents

Requirements:

* At least 21 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
* Excellent critical thinking, organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments
* Valid driver's license and clean DMV printout
* Ability to obtain proper work cards and certifications
* Ability to work flexible hours and varying shifts
* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
* Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
