Position Summary:

If you possess knowledge of mountain equipment and have a friendly, hardworking demeanor, you may find a rewarding opportunity as a Rental and Repair Reservation Agent. As a primary point of contact for many guests, our Rental/Repair Staff play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience. Our busy shop caters to and manages guest needs while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a professional manner while assisting with their rental and repair requirements, processing rental reservations, handling phone inquiries, and utilizing a point of sale system for customer transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to efficiently assist customers with excellent service skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, adapting to varying levels of business from peak demand to quieter periods.
  • Solid work history is required.
  • Availability to work during holidays and weekends is essential.
