Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our team at Raydal Hospitality, LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe dining environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure chemical levels are adequate to run the dish machine and fill 3-compartment sinks.

• Maintain sanitizer buckets, cleaning and sanitizing them daily for kitchen staff use.

• Keep mops, brooms, and other cleaning equipment clean and in good condition, reporting any replacement needs to the manager on duty.

• Remove trash from bins, keep them clean, replace bag liners, and take trash to the dumpster.

• Clean and sanitize the work area before and after each shift.
