Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at JS Premier Clinic. As a LPN, you will provide patient care as directed by the professional registered nurse and be accountable for your own actions under this direction.

Responsibilities:
Collect patient data and assist in planning patient care
Implement patient care as directed and assist with evaluating the plan of care
Administer medication as prescribed and provide and reinforce the teaching of individuals and groups of patients
Participate in activities designed to improve health care delivery and participate in ongoing educational activities

Requirements:
BLS certification within 14 days of hire
LPN licensure
