LHC Group, a leading provider of post-acute care, seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Gretna, Louisiana.

**Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide age-appropriate services for adult to geriatric patients. As an Occupational Therapist with LHC Group, you will be responsible for comprehensive assessments, direct treatment, and patient/family instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes or at our clinics
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes according to hospital and department standards

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • Current licensure in Occupational Therapy in the state of Louisiana
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in occupational therapy
