Beauty Advisor

We are seeking an experienced beauty advisor to join our team as a Sales and Education Advisor in Central Valley (Chico), CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, educating store teams on our products, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Sales: Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events, and relationship building.
• Training and Education: Educate store teams on hero products, develop brand advocates, and track event sales impact.
• Calendar Execution: Activate store visit calendar, recap store successes, and provide detailed weekly recaps.
• Communication: Communicate with manager regularly, collaborate with store leadership, and communicate stock concerns.

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
• Currently live in the Central Valley (Chico), CA territory.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.

• Base rate: $25-28/hour.
